The 40×50 shooting floor runs multiple set configurations simultaneously, 20-foot clear-span ceilings give you full overhead rigging capability, and a 12×14 drive-in garage door handles vehicles and grip trucks without a loading dock. Full blackout capability means complete light control day or night.

Commercial Photography: The 40×50 floor runs multiple set configurations at once. Bring your own lighting or add from our equipment list. The space works for product campaigns, fashion lookbooks, corporate portraits, food and beverage, and e-commerce shoots that need room to spread out.
Automotive Photography: The 12×14 drive-in garage door accommodates cars, trucks, and motorcycles directly onto the polished concrete shooting floor. One of the few Houston rental studios built for automotive work.
Video and Film Production: 20-foot ceilings handle overhead rigs, jibs, and large crew footprints. Drive-in access for grip trucks. The warehouse sits back from the road and is quiet enough for most commercial interview and b-roll setups.
Large Groups and Mini-Sessions: Use the lounge for client flow, the dressing room for prep, and the main floor for multiple backdrop setups. The full suite rental comfortably supports crews and talent groups of up to 50 people.
